1. What is SRMX?
SRMX, now on its 4th platform, is a transportation law enforcement and public safety information sharing portal for command officials who have responsibilities for the protection of passengers, cargo, critical infrastructure and international borders.
2. What can I do on SRMX?
SRMX is divided into 3 programs:
a. SRMX: current activity & discussion programs -
b.SRMX KB, a knowledge base wiki program focusing on transnational crime and supply chain security - and include a focus on technology; and
c.PDQ for real-time incident communications (beta).
3. Join Different Groups
Once you are on SRMX look and see what Groups you want to be part of - if you do not join you will not receive any information on that Group. You can elect to receive information as posted - in a once a day email or no email and just sign on to review information - your choice. So Join your Group!
4. Who can I invite onto SRMX?
A: You should only invite individuals who have appropriate law enforcement, public safety or security responsibilities. Our staff review individuals prior to any approval. Any questions email: helpdesk@srmx.info
5. How is SRMX supported?
SRMX is supported by InterPort Police member fees, donations, ad sponsors, the 9/11 Award Sponsor program, a couple of banner ads on the site and hopefully grants. We appreciate any support given.
